My small flat shoppers are 11" long by 9" wide, ideal for a lunch bag.
My flat medium shoppers are 14" long by 11" wide, big enough to take an A4 folder or great for folding up in a handbag in place of that dratted plastic bag.
I have lined them and given each one a handy inside pocket and a made by elizabeth scott label.
